When should I expect my order?

All items on the website should arrive within to 5-10 business days.

How can I track my package?

Once your item(s) have shipped you will receive a confirmation email where you will find a link to track your order. In order to check the status of your shipment just click on the link, here you will also have the option of opting in for text updates. You will also receive an email confirmation once your order has been delivered.

REFUND POLICY

  1. Return by mail (within 15 business days)

  2. Pack the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging.

  3. Print and include the invoice received in your shipping confirmation email.

  4. Note the item(s) you are returning along with the reason for return.

  6. Once received in the warehouse, returns will be processed within approximately 7-10 business days. A promo code for the expensed amount will be made available via email.

Exchange Policy:

  1. Return by mail (within 15 business days): Pack the item(s) you wish to exchange in the original packaging.

  2. Print and include the invoice received in your shipping confirmation email.

  3. Note the item(s) you are returning along with the reason for exchange. Include a note stating the item(s) you would like to exchange for, specifying size, color, or any other relevant details.

  4. Ship to P.O. Box 871222 Stone Mountain, GA 30087.

  5. Once received in the warehouse, exchanges will be processed within approximately 7-10 business days. If the requested exchange item is in stock, it will be shipped out promptly.

  6. If the requested exchange item is out of stock: We will reach out to you via email or phone to discuss alternative options. If we're unable to fulfill the exact exchange, we will provide store credit for the expensed amount so you can make your own purchase from our available inventory.
